Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your order you mayreturn it within 30 days of receiving your product. All products must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund. You will need to email us by filling out the form below let us know why you are returning the product. At that time you will be given an RMA number. You must clearly indicate your RMA number on the outside of your return packaging. You will also need to supply all your contact information and a copy of your receipt. You will be refunded the full cost of the leash less shipping and handling.
