Warranty - Return Policy Information

Please refer to the return policy and warranty information card that was send to you along with your purchase. 

The leash is covered by a 5 year limited warranty. Doggstarr will replace any leash that is damage by normal wear and tear or a manufacturing defect. We do not cover any damage cause by your dog or misuse. You must register your product in order to secure the warranty.  The leash may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase.  In order to receive a refund the leash must be returned in the original condition.

The Dog Accessory Bag is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Doggstarr will replace any bag that is damaged by manufacturing defect. We do not cover any damage cause by misuse or normal wear and tear. You must include a copy of your original receipt with the Dog Accessory Bag.  Refunds will only be given if the bag is returned within 15 days of purchase.  No refund will be given if the dog accessory bag is not return in the original new condition.  We will refund the cost of the bag but not shipping and handling.

If your leash or dog accessory bag needs to be replaced or returned please email us at returns@doggstarr.com in order to obtain an RMA#.  This number must be clearly indicated on the package.  Then please send the produce back to:

Four Flex is not covered under any warranty and there are no refunds for this product.
